He has been in the restaurant business for over 30
years. He started out owning a Sonic Restaurant
at the age of 18 and managed several Grandy's
Restaurants in his time. He opened his first IHOP
in Longview Texas in 1997 and another in 1998 in
Bossier City Louisiana. Since then he is partnered
in 12 IHOP locations all across Louisiana, East
Texas, and Central Alabama.
